目的:建立三蛇胆川贝糖浆中迷迭香酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用C18反相高效液相色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(34∶66)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为330nm。结果:迷迭香酸在0.01985~0.4961μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=6)。平均回收率为98.20%,RSD=1.70%(n=9)。结论:本法灵敏、准确,简便易行,重现性好,可用于三蛇胆川贝糖浆中肿节风药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of rosmarinic acid in Sanshedandanchuan syrup. Methods: A C18 reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used with methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (34:66) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 330nm. RESULTS: The linearity of rosmarinic acid was good in the range of 0.01985-0.4961 μg (r=0.9998, n=6). The average recovery was 98.20% with RSD = 1.70% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is sensitive, accurate, simple and easy to implement, and has good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Tuofengfeng medicinal materials in Sanshedandanchuan syrup.
