对信阳毛尖不同产区(信阳浉河区、平桥区、光山县)、不同茶树品种[信阳种(XYZ)、乌牛早(WNZ)、福鼎大白茶(FDD)、白毫早(BHZ)]春茶(第1次、第2次)和夏茶(第3次)鲜叶样中养分(N、P、K、S、Ca、Mg)含量进行了调查分析。结果表明,在第1次(磷、钾)、第2次(钾、钙、镁、硫)、第3次(氮、镁)鲜叶样养分含量测定中,XYZ、WNZ、FDD、BHZ 4个茶树品种间存在较大差异,不同品种茶树间同一种养分含量在最高值和最低值之间存在显著或极显著差异。春茶第1次茶鲜叶样中,磷、钾含量以WNZ最高(P 0.66%、K 2.17%),FDD最低(P 0.52%、K 1.72%);夏茶鲜叶样中,FDD茶树鲜叶样N含量(6.40%)最高、Mg含量(0.19%)最低;WNZ中N含量(4.56%)最低、Mg含量(0.22%)最高。此外,不同茶树品种鲜叶样中N、P、K、Ca含量随着采茶次数增加整体呈降低趋势。
Different Xinyang species (XYZ, WNZ, FDD, BHZ) were collected from different areas of Xinyang Maojian (Xunyang Bahe District, Pingqiao District and Guangshan County) The contents of nutrients (N, P, K, S, Ca, Mg) in fresh leaves of spring tea (1st and 2nd) and summer tea (3rd) were investigated.
