目的了解南充市放射医务人员的健康状况,为保护放射医务人员的健康提供依据。方法采用现况调查的方法,对2015年南充市670名放射医务人员的健康检查资料进行整理及统计学分析。结果内科神经衰弱综合征和血象异常率在不同工龄组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),眼科、皮肤科、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT),天冬酸转氨酶(AST)、外周血淋巴细胞染色体及微核的异常率分别为3.6%、5.2%、18.4%、18.2%、4.0%及6.5%。其中眼科和皮肤科异常率各工龄组与≥25 a工龄组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),染色体和微核异常率<5、5~14 a工龄组与≥25 a工龄组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期在低辐射环境下工作,随着工龄的增加放射医务人员的健康受到影响。
Objective To understand the health status of radiological medical staff in Nanchong City and provide the basis for protecting the health of radiological medical staff. Methods Using the current situation survey method, the health checkup data of 670 radiological medical staffs in Nanchong City in 2015 were collated and statistically analyzed. Results Neither neurosis syndrome nor abnormal blood rate was significantly different in different age groups (all P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of neurological deficit syndrome and abnormal blood flow between the two groups (all P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Long-term work in low-radiation environments affects the health of radiation medical staff with increasing service life.
