通过水洗机制砂与石粉复配得到不同石粉含量的机制砂,并与天然河砂对比研究石粉含量对机制砂混凝土工作性能、力学性能以及体积稳定性(弹性模量、干燥收缩、受压徐变)的影响。结果表明,机制砂混凝土的和易性较河砂差,适量的石粉(10%~15%)可以改善机制砂混凝土的和易性,并提高混凝土强度;机制砂混凝土的弹性模量随着石粉含量的增加呈降低趋势;相对于天然河砂,用含石粉的机制砂拌制的混凝土在早期干燥收缩较大(当石粉含量为10%时,收缩值最大);且徐变系数随着石粉含量的增加而增加。
