目的探讨超声引导下经皮注射平阳霉素治疗肝血管瘤的疗效。方法对28例33个肝血管瘤病灶在超声引导下经皮瘤内注入硬化剂,术后3个月肝脏彩超随访。结果本组33个病灶,治愈12例,有效21例。术后5例出现一过性头晕、恶心,对症处理后症状消失。结论超声引导下经皮注射平阳霉素治疗肝血管瘤是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of transdermal injection of pingyangmycin on hepatic hemangiomas guided by ultrasound. Methods Twenty-eight patients with hepatic hemangiomas were treated with ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy. The follow-up was performed at 3 months after operation. Results The group of 33 lesions, 12 cases were cured, effective in 21 cases. Postoperative five cases of transient dizziness, nausea, symptomatic treatment disappeared after symptoms. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous injection of pingyangmycin in the treatment of hepatic hemangiomas is a simple, safe and effective method.
