项目组从高职院校青年专业教师专业成长和职业发展自我实现的角度,基于“双师型”教学团队建设(“1.5+1.5>3”型),着重从职后培养等方面,提出了高职院校青年专业教师在职业生涯发展中分阶段自我实现的途径。
