[目的]规范职业健康检查机构的技术服务行为和完善机构建设,探索有效的机构量化分级管理模式。[方法]分别于2013年5月、11月,运用机构考核和技术人员考试相结合的考核模式对江苏省昆山市5家职业健康检查机构开展量化分级管理。[结果]各机构在人员构成、规章制度、健康检查、结果报告与评价、宣传培训5个项目得分率较实施初分别上升了15.00%、9.37%、8.55%、5.00%和16.67%,仅仪器设备下降了10.00%。2家机构是为优秀级,3家机构是为良好级。[结论]量化分级管理模式能有效规范职业健康检查机构的服务行为和提升服务质量,但量化分级对职业健康检查过程的考核存在延迟性,需进一步改进。
[Objective] To standardize the technical service behaviors of occupational health examination institutions and improve the institution construction, and to explore an effective quantification and grading management model of institutions. [Methods] In May and November 2013, the five occupational health examination institutions in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, carried out quantitative and hierarchical management using the assessment model combining the examination of institutions with the examination of technicians. [Results] The scores of the five projects in the fields of personnel composition, rules and regulations, health examination, result reporting and evaluation, publicity and training increased by 15.00%, 9.37%, 8.55%, 5.00% and 16.67% Equipment dropped by 10.00%. 2 institutions are excellent level, 3 institutions are good level. [Conclusion] The quantitative and hierarchical management mode can effectively standardize the service behavior and improve the quality of service in occupational health checkup institutions. However, the assessment of the occupational health examination process by the quantitative grading is delayed and needs to be further improved.
