运动心电图是诊断冠心病最常用的方法,但是ST段压低的敏感性和特异性较低,晚近提出多种纠正法以期提高其诊断价值.本文比较新近提出的四种心电图分析法和常规分析法的准确性,并以运动铊闪烁显象为对照.方法:研究对象为303例可疑冠心病而行冠状动脉(CA)造影的病人,均无心肌梗塞史或其心电图表现.在CA造影后24小时内进行活动平板试验,并在运动结束前开始铊显象检查.确定PR段中点和J点后80ms处ST段,两点之间的垂直距离用4倍放大镜测得,精确度近0.1mm(0.01mv),取3~5
