提出一种对六自由度振动参数进行测试的新方法,借鉴无陀螺捷联惯导的相关技术,基于加速度传感器按一定位置安装组成的阵列,以发生线振动、角振动耦合的复杂振动的机械系统为研究对象,进行三维线加速度与三维角速度参数测试,有效地解决了复杂振动环境下六自由度参数难于测试的问题。以一种九加速度传感器阵列方案模型为例,在推导原理算法的基础上,通过对该模型的计算机仿真,着重分析了角速度的测试结果,从而验证了本方法是准确可靠的。
A new method to test six-degree-of-freedom vibration parameters is proposed. Based on the related technologies of gyroscopeless SINS, an array of acceleration sensors mounted in a certain position is used to generate complex vibrations of line vibration and angular vibration System as the research object, the three-dimensional linear acceleration and the three-dimensional angular velocity parameters are tested, which effectively solves the difficult problem of six-degree-of-freedom parameters in complex vibration environment. Taking a model of nine accelerometer sensor array as an example, based on the principle algorithm, the simulation results show that the method is accurate and reliable.
