针对传统挖掘机测试方式需要准备昂贵、笨重的数据采集设备、传感器和传感器工装的情况,设计便携式挖掘机测试系统。该系统选用台达DVP-10SX型可编程控制器(PLC)、DVP06AD-S模拟量输入扩展模块和DOP-B07S411型触摸屏,可以满足大多数挖掘机的测试需求。在保证测量数据准确的前提下,该系统可大大降低成本,并且具有轻巧、便于携带的优点,能够全面地对挖掘机进行复合动作测试和平地动作评估。将该便携式测试系统安装在一台21 t级液压挖掘机上进行试验,并将试验结果同高精度数据采集设备测试结果进行对比,验证了系统的正确性和高效性。
The design of a portable excavator test system for the traditional excavator test method requires the preparation of expensive and bulky data acquisition equipment, sensors and sensor tooling. The system uses Delta DVP-10SX programmable logic controller (PLC), DVP06AD-S analog input expansion module and DOP-B07S411 touch screen to meet the testing needs of most excavators. Under the premise of ensuring the accurate measurement data, the system can greatly reduce the cost, and has the advantages of lightness and portability, so that the comprehensive action test and the ground motion assessment of the excavator can be comprehensively performed. The portable test system was installed on a 21 t hydraulic excavator for testing, and the test results were compared with those of the high precision data acquisition equipment to verify the correctness and high efficiency of the system.
