目的:探讨肺痹汤防治肺纤维化作用及机理。方法:用博莱霉素复制大鼠肺纤维化模型后,中药高、中、低组每天灌服肺痹汤,于28天后处死,观察、比较各组大鼠肺血清中Ⅲ型胶原、透明质酸含量。结果:模型组大鼠肺组织中Ⅲ型胶原、透明质酸含量均明显高于假手术组及中、西药组(P<0.01),中药组能明显减轻大鼠血清中Ⅲ型胶原、透明质酸含量,与正常组、对照组比较具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:肺痹汤可能是通过降低肺纤维化大鼠细胞外基质含量而发挥治疗肺纤维化作用。
Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of Feiyu decoction in prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis. METHODS: After bronchomycin was used to replicate rat pulmonary fibrosis model, the high, medium and low groups of traditional Chinese medicine fed the lungs and scrofula soup every day and were sacrificed 28 days later. The serum level of type III collagen in each group of rats was observed and compared. Acid content. Results: The levels of type III collagen and hyaluronic acid in lung tissue of model rats were significantly higher than those in sham operation group and Chinese and western medicine group (P<0.01). Chinese medicine group could significantly reduce serum type III collagen and hyaluronic acid in rats. The acid content was significantly different from the normal group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Feishu Decoction may play a role in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis by reducing the content of extracellular matrix in lung fibrosis rats.
