以中国出口商品结构和竞争力分析为重点,结合企业专利授权状况与分布的比较研究,在分析出口商品结构与企业授权专利之间相关性以及外国(资)企业专利、投资与贸易战略的基础上,阐述专利对企业实现市场竞争战略的重要作用,提出中国企业运用专利实现扩大国际市场和提高竞争力的对策措施。
Focusing on the analysis of China’s export commodity structure and competitiveness, and combining the research on the status and distribution of corporate patent authorizations, we will analyze the correlation between the export commodity structure and the authorized patents of enterprises and the foundation of patent, investment, and trade strategies of foreign companies. In the above, the important role of patents in the realization of market competition strategies for enterprises was elaborated, and the countermeasures for Chinese companies to use patents to achieve international market expansion and improve competitiveness were proposed.
