文章围绕河南省高速公路联网监控中心的“路网管理、应急处置、信息服务”三大职能,仔细分析了中心内部和外部用户构成和需求,研究了省中心应具备的总体功能,分层次阐述了省中心系统的逻辑层次架构,分系统设计了中心的系统硬件物理框架,重点描述了交通流实时监视、GIS信息平台、交通应急指挥等系统功能的实现。最后指出该中心的建成,必将在很大程度上提升河南省高速公路网的管理水平和信息服务能力和质量。 This paper focuses on the three functions of “network management, emergency response and information service” of Henan Expressway Network Monitoring Center, carefully analyzes the composition and requirements of users both inside and outside the center, and studies the overall functions that the provincial center should have The hierarchy describes the logical hierarchy of the provincial center system. The subsystem designs the physical hardware framework of the center, and focuses on the realization of system functions such as real-time monitoring of traffic flow, GIS information platform and traffic emergency command.
