目的探讨在流感病毒核酸检测中,实时荧光定量PCR(Real-time PCR)这种检测方法的应用效果,通过对哨点医院2014年6月-2016年6月所采集的1 553份流感样病例咽拭子的分析,了解流感病毒的流行趋势,为预防流感提供科学依据。方法选取2014年6月-2016年6月天津市第四中心医院送至北辰区疾病预防控制中心检测的1 553份流感样病例咽拭子,采用Real-time PCR的方法进行核酸检测,分析所选取标本的阳性率以及阳性标本的类型,了解流感病毒的流行趋势。结果在2014年6月-2016年6月送至该中心检测的1 553份咽拭子中,共检出阳性标本299份,检测阳性率为19.25%;甲型病毒183份,占61.20%;乙型病毒116份,占38.80%,各类型流感病毒阳性率之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Real-time PCR可以快速有效地对流感病毒核酸进行检测,为分析流行趋势、预防流感提供科学有效的依据。
Objective To explore the application effect of real-time PCR in the detection of influenza virus nucleic acid. Through the analysis of 1 533 influenza-like cases collected in sentinel hospital between June 2014 and June 2016, Throat swab analysis to understand the epidemic trend of influenza virus, to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of influenza. Methods A total of 1 553 throat swabs were collected from the Fourth Central Hospital of Tianjin City from June 2014 to June 2016 in Beichen District Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Real-time PCR was used for nucleic acid detection and analysis Select the positive rate of specimens and the type of positive specimens to understand the epidemic trend of influenza virus. The results were sent to 1 553 throat swabs detected by the center from June 2014 to June 2016. A total of 299 positive specimens were detected, with a positive rate of 19.25%; 183 viruses (61.20%); 116 cases of B virus, accounting for 38.80%, the difference between the positive rate of each type of influenza virus was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Real-time PCR can detect influenza virus nucleic acid rapidly and effectively, providing a scientific and effective basis for the analysis of epidemic trend and prevention of influenza.
