This study explored the interrelationship between college students’ dormitory human relations and depression, anxiety and self-esteem. On the one hand, it discusses the dormitory interpersonal relationship of undergraduates on the one hand, and on the other hand, it understands the undergraduates’ mental health status on the one hand and focuses on the relationship between the two. In this study, 181 college students from a university were selected randomly. The dorm interpersonal relationship diagnostic scale, Beck Depression Scale, anxiety self-rating scale and self-esteem scale were used to test. A total of 167 valid questionnaires were collected. The results show that: (1) There is no significant difference in college students’ interpersonal relationship in the grade and liberal arts dimensions. In terms of gender, female college students have significantly higher roommate support than male college students. (2) There is a significant correlation between college students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship and depression level and anxiety level.
