本文首先探讨了单、双重威布尔分布函数用于建立武器装备研制费用分布的理论模型的拟合方式，并在此基础上对同样的问题引入最小二乘多项式拟合的方式。文中还讨论了模型的适用性并给出了具体的应用实例。
In this paper, we firstly discuss the fitting methods of the single and double Weibull distribution functions to establish the theoretical model of the cost distribution of weapon equipment development, and then introduce the least square polynomial fitting method to the same problem. The article also discusses the applicability of the model and gives a concrete application example.
