Based on the data survey, we targeted 11 enterprises and conducted interviews with senior HR managers of these companies, focusing on the surveyed enterprises in the process of human resource management transformation, the HR BP The challenges of construction and development, and the latest ideas and practical experiences that these companies have concluded.
