通过对两个烤烟分级标样和两个试验烟主要等级的叶片厚度、主要化学组成的测定和相关分析得出,叶片厚度与烟叶质量关系甚密。叶片厚度与总糖含量和还原糖含量均呈负相关;与蛋白质含量呈正相关;与总氮含量呈正相关;与烟碱含量呈极显著正相关;与糖碱比呈极显著负相关。试验结果指出,在提高烟碱含量,降低糖碱比方面,增加叶片厚度有显著的作用。生产优质烟叶的叶片厚度问题,试验中得到了初步结果,有待进一步研究确定。另外,对以单位叶面积干重代表叶片厚度问题也得到了肯定的结果
Through the two flue-cured tobacco grading standards and the two main grades of tobacco leaf thickness, the main chemical composition determination and correlation analysis, the leaf thickness and leaf quality are closely related. Leaf thickness was negatively correlated with total sugar content and reducing sugar content, positively correlated with protein content, positively correlated with total nitrogen content, significantly positively correlated with nicotine content, and significantly negatively with sugar-to-alkali ratio. The experimental results show that in increasing nicotine content, reducing the ratio of sugar and alkali, increased leaf thickness has a significant role. Production of high-quality leaf thickness of tobacco leaves, the test obtained preliminary results, pending further study to determine.
