由于影响油井出砂的因素众多， 因此， 对于出砂机理的研究， 要根据不同的地层、不同的完井方法以及出砂的不同过程而采取不同的研究方法。通过分析裸眼井周围的应力分布，利用Ｄｒｕｃｋｅｒ－ Ｐｒａｇｅｒ强度准则， 建立了相应的出砂预测模型， 提出了地层稳定性指数的概念， 分析了储层压力、生产压差及原地应力状态对地层稳定性的影响。
