以一系列不同浓度的GAs(Gibberellins,赤霉素)或STS(Silver Thiosulphate Complex,硫代硫酸银络合物)加乙烯利,在活体条件下,研究GAs和STS对乙烯利诱导瓠瓜产生雌花的拮抗作用.试验结果表明:STS和GAs几乎都能抵消乙烯利诱导瓠瓜产生雌花的作用.在一定的浓度范围(0~2.0mmol/L)内,乙烯利诱导雌花的效果是随着其浓度的增加而加强;当与GAs组合时,乙烯利诱导雌花的效应是随着GAs浓度(在0~4.0mmol/L范围内)的增加而减弱.STS抵消乙烯利的这种诱雌作用比GAs还要好,4.0mmol/L的STS几乎完全抵消了2.0mmol/L乙烯利的诱雌作用.
A series of concentrations of GAs (Gibberellins, GA) or STS (Silver Thiosulphate Complex) plus ethephon were used to study the effects of GAs and STS on the production of ethephon The results showed that almost all of STS and GAs could counteract the effect of ethephon on the female flowers induced by Echinochloa crusgalli.When the concentration of ethephon was increased from 0 mmol / L to 2.0 mmol / L, The effect of ethephon-induced female flowers was weakened with the increase of GAs concentration (in the range of 0 ~ 4.0 mmol / L) .When STS counteracted ethephon, GAs even better, 4.0mmol / L of STS almost completely offset the 2.0mmol / L ethephon induced effect.
