当已知弹簧应用条件时,为选择效率最高的弹簧,可以利用下表列出的方程。这些方程足以弹簧的功(W),体积(V)、应力(S)和剪切弹性模量(G)之间的基本关系为依据的.对于圆形簧丝的拉簧和压簧而言有: W/V=S~2/4G式中W/V为弹簧的体积效率。弹簧单位体积所作的功越大,则弹簧的效率就越高。下表列出常见弹簧的体积效率方程。符号E表
When spring conditions are known, to select the most efficient spring, the equations listed in the following table can be used. These equations are based on the basic relationship between the work (W), the volume (V), the stress (S) and the shear modulus of elasticity (G) of the spring. There: W / V = S ~ 2 / 4G Where W / V is the volumetric efficiency of the spring. The greater the work done by the spring unit volume, the higher the efficiency of the spring.
