目的探讨飞行员头部参数及头型随年代发展等因素的变化程度与趋势。方法对 80名飞行员进行头水平围等 1 0项头部参数的测量与分析 ,并与 70年代的数据进行比较。结果与 70年代相比 ,1 0项参数值中的 8项有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;头型为圆颅型这一总体特征未改变 ,但趋于更圆 ,且各种头型的分布略有变化 ;全国不同地区之间以及飞行学员与飞行教员之间 ,1 0项头部参数均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论进行头部防护装具设计时 ,应充分考虑飞行员的头部参数较 70年代已有变化且头型总体特征未变但趋于更圆这一情况 ;不同地区的飞行员以及飞行学员与飞行教员的头部防护装具型号无需加以区别 ;应开展飞行员头部参数模型的建立工作 ;统一严格控制招飞条件对提高飞行防护装具的适体性有重要意义。
Objective To explore the degree and trend of changes of pilots head parameters and head type with age. Methods Totally 80 pilots were measured and analyzed for 10 head parameters, such as head circumference. The data were compared with those of the 1970s. Results Compared with the 1970s, 8 out of 10 parameter values had significant difference (P <0.01). The general characteristics of the head-shaped craniofacial pattern remained unchanged but tended to be more round and There was a slight change in the distribution of various head types. There was no significant difference in head parameters between different regions of China and between pilots and flight instructors (P> 0.05). Conclusions In the design of head restraints, the pilot’s head parameters should be fully taken into account as compared with the changes in the 1970s with the overall head shape unchanged but tend to be more rounded.
