介绍了质量功能配置,提出了QFD小组的层次结构问题,并对不同层次上具有不同特点的小组在大小、类型、生存期和管理4个方面进行了讨论.在此基础上进一步介绍了QFD小组各功能间的信息交流,并将其与阶段评价方法做了比较,进而提出了QFD小组与企业其它部分进行信息交流的模型.
This paper introduces the configuration of quality function, proposes the hierarchical structure problem of QFD group, and discusses the size, type, lifetime and management of groups with different characteristics at different levels. On this basis, the information exchange between the functions of the QFD group was further introduced, and compared with the stage evaluation method, and then a model for information exchange between the QFD team and other parts of the enterprise was proposed.
