有效教学提倡新的教学理念,重视学生在教学活动中的地位,但并不是简单地否定传统教学。根据学生特点,因材施教,才是实现真正课堂有效教学的唯一途径。笔者结合中学地理教学工作,提出以下实现有效教学的思路:根据学生接受知识能力的不同,合理制定教学目标;教学内容突出应用性,贴近学生生活;根据教学内容难易及学生特点,采取有针对性的教学方法;重视自身修为和自我反思,处理好师生“距离”问题。
Effective teaching advocates new teaching ideas and attaches importance to students’ position in teaching activities. However, it does not simply negate traditional teaching. According to the characteristics of students, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, is the only way to achieve effective classroom teaching. Based on the work of geography teaching in middle school, the author puts forward the following ideas to realize effective teaching: According to the different ability of students to accept knowledge, the teaching objectives should be rationally set; the teaching content emphasizes the applicability and close to the students’ life; and according to the difficulty of teaching and the characteristics of students, Sexual teaching methods; pay attention to self-cultivation and self-reflection, dealing with teacher-student “distance ” problem.
