某电厂位于河北省沙河市,场地内膨胀土分布广泛,为避免膨胀土对建筑物的破坏,需降低膨胀土遇水膨胀、失水干缩的不良工程特性。笔者选择石灰做为改良剂,在综合考虑了含水率、掺灰率、养护期和击实功因素下,完成了膨胀土改良前后的物理力学和微观结构特性试验的对比分析。揭露了膨胀土改良前后的物理力学和微观结构性能和膨胀土石灰改良的一般规律。综合宏观和微观试验成果,简要分析了膨胀土石灰改良的机理,提出了膨胀土石灰改良的具体施工指标,如此全面系统的试验研究对该区域的膨胀土尚属首次,为此区域的膨胀土治理积累了经验。
A power plant is located in Shahe City, Hebei Province. There is a wide range of expansive soils in the site. To avoid the destruction of expansive soils, it is necessary to reduce the poor engineering characteristics of the expansive soils when they encounter water expansion and water loss and dry shrinkage. The author chooses lime as modifier, and comparisons the physical mechanics and microstructural properties of the expansive soil before and after the improvement are made under the factors of moisture content, mixing rate, curing period and compaction. The physical laws and microstructural properties before and after the improvement of expansive soils and the general rules for the improvement of expansive soils are revealed. Based on the macroscopic and microscopic experimental results, the mechanism of the expansive soil lime is briefly analyzed, and the concrete construction index of the expansive soil lime is proposed. Therefore, comprehensive and systematic experimental study is the first time that the expansive soil in this area is the expansive soil Governance accumulated experience.
