贵州沿河县与四川、湖南两省接壤,县城建在乌江两岸。这里气候炎热、潮湿,平均气温16.5℃。浅部真菌病是该县的常见病、多发病。为了明确该县浅部真菌病常见致病菌种,我们于1986年春、夏两季对该县769例浅部真菌病患者进行了真菌分离培养研究,兹简报如下。调查对象我们共普查4600人,发现有典型临床症状,并经直接镜检证实为浅部真菌病患者769人(16.71％),其中男性423例,女性346例;15岁以下240人,16岁到40岁者372人,41岁到60岁100人,60岁以上57人;农民39人,
Yanhe County, Guizhou and Sichuan, Hunan provinces bordering the county built on both sides of the Wujiang River. Here the climate is hot and humid, the average temperature of 16.5 ℃. Superficial fungal disease is a common disease in the county, frequently-occurring disease. In order to clarify the county common mycosis fungal common pathogenic bacteria, we in the spring and summer of 1986, 769 cases of superficial mycosis in the county fungal isolation and culture studies, are as follows. We surveyed a total of 4600 people surveyed, found typical clinical symptoms, and confirmed by direct microscopy of mycotic superficial mycosis 769 (16.71%), including 423 males and 346 females; 240 under the age of 15, 16 years of age 372 to the age of 40, 100 from 41 to 60, 57 over the age of 60, 39 peasants,
