介绍了近年来稀土元素在表面改性技术领域的研究成果,着重分析了稀土催化机理和微合金化机理,以及稀土在渗碳、渗氮、渗硼、渗钒和复合共渗领域取得的最新研究进展。结果表明,合适的稀土元素和含量对金属表面的化学热处理具有明显的催化作用,能有效提高渗速,改善渗层的品质和组织。文章指出了稀土化学热处理的研究方向及未来发展趋势。
The research results of rare earth elements in the field of surface modification technology are introduced in this paper. The mechanism of rare earth catalyst and the mechanism of micro-alloying are analyzed emphatically, and the newest results obtained in the fields of carburizing, nitriding, boronizing, vanadizing and composite infiltration Research progress.
