聚人心,促团结,打造和谐氛围,是领导班子协调高效运转的关键。作为“班长”,党委书记需要如何讲求团结艺术,提高团结本领呢?笔者认为,应主要从以下“四心”入手。一、用“事业心”凝聚人心只有建立在共同事业基础上的团结,才是真正的团结,才是牢不可破的团结。因此,党委书记要善于用“事业心”统一思想促团结,凝聚人心拢班子。一是用党的事业来“拢”——带领大家在“三个代表”重要思想的指引下,建立共同的理想信念,把精力倾注在想大局、谋大计、成大事上,把荣辱得失融入党的事业中；二是用单位建设来“拢”——用相互间“一荣俱荣,一损俱损”的制约关系,引导大家同心同德,同舟共济,为单位建设心往一处想,劲往一处使：三是用个人进步来“拢”——用“好班子,出干部；散班子,误干部；差班子,害干部”的朴素道理,激励大家讲团结,促和谐。 Gathering people’s hearts, promoting unity and building a harmonious atmosphere are the keys to a coordinated and efficient operation of the leadership team.
