本文从深圳市人力资源服务业发展的现状入手,以不完全统计的资料介绍了深圳人力资源服务业的发展规模、知名机构、主要产品,及其对促进人才流动、促进就业、促进经济社会发展的价值和作用。本文从营商环境的市场化程度高、行业的法制建设滞后、国家新近不断出台产业扶持政策以及公众对本行业认知偏差等角度,分析了本行业发展面临的优劣势、机会与威胁,并就政府部门、从业机构和行业组织三个层面提出了促进人力资源服务业发展的建设性意见。
