目的:通过测定不同产地及不同采收期五味子中有机酸的含量,为明确五味子的适宜产地及适宜采收时间提供依据。方法:Ecosil C_(18)-AQ色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(15∶85)为流动相,体积流量为0.8mL/min,检测波长260nm,测定原儿茶酸的含量;以乙腈-15mmol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲盐溶液3∶97(磷酸调pH=3)为流动相,体积流量为1mL/min,检测波长210nm,测定柠檬酸的含量。结果:不同产地五味子中原儿茶酸和柠檬酸含量差异明显,原儿茶酸含量为0.008 5%~0.017 6%,柠檬酸含量为14.53%~18.54%;不同采收期五味子中原儿茶酸和柠檬酸含量差异不大。结论:辽宁丹东、本溪等辽宁东部山区的五味子有机酸含量较高,9月份是五味子的适宜采收期。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the suitable producing area and suitable harvesting time of Schisandra chinensis by determining the content of organic acids in Schisandra chinesis from different producing areas and different harvesting periods. Methods: The mobile phase was Ecosil C_ (18) -AQ with the mobile phase of methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid (15:85), the volume flow rate was 0.8 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. Catechin content; acetonitrile-15mmol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution 3:97 (phosphoric acid pH = 3) as mobile phase, the volume flow rate of 1mL / min, the detection wavelength of 210nm, the determination of citric acid content. Results: The contents of catechin and citric acid in different areas were significantly different. The content of protocatechuic acid was 0.008 5% -0.017 6% and the content of citric acid was 14.53% ~ 18.54% Citric acid content is not different. Conclusion: The contents of organic acids in Schisandra chinensis in Liaoning eastern part of Liaoning Province such as Dandong and Benxi are high, and September is the suitable harvest time of Schisandra chinensis.
