本文叙述了高精度三座标测量机的动态精度问题,对运动机构进行了动态分析,并着重对气浮导轨系统进行了定性分析,提出了改善动态精度的一些设计思想。同时也分析了检测元件和测头系统的动态精度。文章还简要描述了用准静态采样来提高测量系统精度的方法和相应的准静态过零控制系统。
This paper describes the dynamic accuracy of high accuracy three coordinate measuring machine, analyzes the kinematic mechanism dynamically, and emphatically analyzes the air floating guide rail system qualitatively. Some design ideas to improve the dynamic precision are put forward. Also analyzed the dynamic accuracy of the test element and the probe system. The article also briefly describes the quasi-static sampling method to improve the accuracy of the measurement system and the corresponding quasi-static zero-crossing control system.
