以QTZ5510塔式起重机为实例,首先根据实际结构建立动力学简化模型,得到随时间变化的激励载荷函数;然后建立塔式起重机有限元模型,通过瞬态动力学的求解,分析载荷起升瞬间对塔式起重机结构的动态冲击,获得了结构应力分布情况,进而分析塔式起重机结构在动态冲击下的影响,为塔式起重机设计及操作施工等提供了参考。
Taking QTZ5510 tower crane as an example, firstly, a simplified model of dynamics was established based on the actual structure, and the excitation load function was obtained with time. Then, the finite element model of tower crane was established.
