车削加工过程几何仿真是虚拟车削过程的最基础的工作,其效果直接影响虚拟车削的视觉效果。繁杂的数据结构与布尔运算是许多计算机实体造型所不可避免的问题,如何提高效率,利用何种技术,是现在研究的重点。而面向对象的建模技术的提出,要求利用现有造型系统,设计者通过现有的建模技术建立模型,通过一些函数与参数对模型进行控制。 组成:刀盘、床身、顶尖、纵向滑板、横向滑板与回转刀架、毛坯、卡盘,在Pro/Engineer中的PART建立模型,利用Assamble模块装配在一起,形成虚拟车床。
Turning process geometry simulation is the most basic work of the virtual turning process, the effect of a direct impact on the virtual turning visual effects. Complicated data structure and Boolean operation are the unavoidable problems of many computer modeling. How to improve the efficiency and which technology to use are the focus of the present research.
