选择合理的刀具涂层材料及涂层厚度可有效克服干切削中刀-屑接触面摩擦和切削温度增加的缺点,是提高钛合金加工效率的有效途径。TC4是典型的α-β钛合金,具有力学性能好、比强度高、高温低温性能优良、抗腐蚀性能优异等突出特点,已在航空航天、汽车、船舶制造、生物医学等领域得到广泛应用。
