通过对脉冲电化学、电火花以及机械加工形成的不同表面形貌的对比 ,来分析加工表面形貌与摩擦磨损之间的影响关系。结果表明 :脉冲电化学加工表面具有较小的摩擦系数和很好的抗磨损性能
Through the comparison of the different surface topography formed by pulse electrochemical, EDM and machining, the relationship between the machined surface morphology and friction and wear is analyzed. The results show that the pulsed electrochemical machined surface has a small coefficient of friction and good wear resistance
