磺化有机杂多酸盐[MIMPS]3PW12O40催化合成草酸二丁酯

制备了一种磺化有机杂多酸盐离子液体[MIMPS]_3PW_(12)O_(40),并以此作为草酸和正丁醇酯化反应的催化剂,从而合成了草酸二丁酯。研究结果表明:当酯化温度为120℃、酯化时间为4.0 h、n(草酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1∶4和w(催化剂)=8%(相对于反应物质量而言)时,酯化率(为85.7%)相对最高;在此工艺条件下,催化剂经重复使用5次后,酯化率(81.8%)仍没有明显降低。 A sulfonated organic heteropolyacid salt ionic liquid [MIMPS] _3PW_ (12) O_ (40) was prepared and used as a catalyst for the esterification of oxalic acid and n-butanol to synthesize dibutyl oxalate. The results show that when the esterification temperature is 120 ℃, the esterification time is 4.0 h, n (n-butanol) = 1: 4 and w (catalyst) = 8% (relative to the mass of reactants ), The esterification rate (85.7%) is the highest. Under the conditions of this process, the esterification rate (81.8%) was not significantly reduced after the catalyst was reused for 5 times.
