目的:观察聚合牛血红蛋白(PBHb)在缺血再灌注脑损伤中的治疗作用。方法:采用大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,观察缺血前后应用PBHb对脑组织Na+K+ATPase活性的影响。结果:与缺血再灌注组相比,所有白蛋白对照组的Na+K+ATPase活性未显示出明显差异,而所有PBHb组该酶活性下降程度减轻,其中脑复苏PBHb组比脑保护PBHb组效果更明显。结论:PBHb能通过提高Na+K+ATPase活性在脑保护及复苏方面表现出良好作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of polymerized bovine hemoglobin (PBHb) in brain injury induced by ischemia reperfusion. Methods: The rat model of global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was used to observe the effect of PBHb on the activity of Na + K +ATPase in brain tissue before and after ischemia. Results: Compared with the ischemia-reperfusion group, all the albumin control group showed no significant difference in the activity of Na + K + -ATPase, but all the PBHb group decreased the activity of the enzyme, and the brain resuscitation PBHb group than the brain protection PBHb group effect more obvious. CONCLUSION: PBHb can play a good role in cerebral protection and resuscitation by increasing Na + K +ATPase activity.
