目的 探讨局部脑动脉缺血再灌注损伤时核因子 kВ(NF kВ)和肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)的动态变化。方法 采用大鼠大脑中动脉线栓动物模型 ,分别于损伤后第 2、6、12小时取脑组织行冰冻切片 ,用免疫组化方法检测NF kВ和TNF α并进行图像分析。结果 大鼠脑组织NF kВ和TNF α水平在损伤后增加 ,此二因子的水平变化具有显著相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 NF kВ和TNF α在脑动脉缺血再灌注损伤中表达增加 ,它们在脑动脉缺血和缺血再灌注损伤的病理过程中可起到重要作用
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of nuclear factor kappa (NF kappa) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFa) during focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Rat middle cerebral artery occlusion model was established. The brain tissues were harvested at 2, 6 and 12 hours after injury, respectively. NF kappa and TNFα were detected by immunohistochemistry and image analysis was performed. Results The levels of NF kappa and TNF α in brain tissue of rats increased after injury, and the levels of these two factors were significantly correlated (P <0.05). Conclusions The expressions of NF kappa B and TNF α are increased during ischemia-reperfusion injury in cerebral arteries and play an important role in the pathological process of cerebral ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion injury
