目的尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶(UDP-glucuronosyltransferase,UGT)是许多内源性和外源性物质在生物体内进行Ⅱ相生物转化时最重要的一种酶,可以把亲脂性底物葡萄糖醛酸化,利于其随尿、胆汁和粪便排出体外。UGT2B7是UGT家族中重要的一员,主要在肝细胞的内质网和核膜表达,在其他组织细胞如肾、胰腺、脑、肠道等亦有广泛分布。近年来研究发现,UGT2B7基因多态性可能通过参与内源性底物的生物转化影响乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌、结直肠癌、膀胱癌及胆囊癌、甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展及预后。本文就UGT2B7基因多态性与肿瘤的相关性进行了综述。

This article reviews the relationship between UGT2B7 gene polymorphism and tumor.
