小学高年级学生德育之"同伴教育"策略研究初探

教学心理学研究表明:不同年龄段的学生有着不同的心理特点,低年级学生天真、活泼、好动,对新鲜事物感到好奇,学习积极性很高;中年级学生认识能力不断提高,孩子正在从被动学习向主动学习转变,有了自己独特的想法;高年级学生对于学习优秀的同学开始产生敬佩之情,独立能力增强。小学后期自主意识逐渐强烈,求知欲激发,由于抽象逻辑思维能力加强,自我意识、评价和教育的能力也得到了充分发展,初步形成了个人的性格和人生观。依据高年级学生的身心特征,在日常教育教学中努力尝试采用“同伴教育”的方法,取得了一定的成效。 The study of teaching psychology shows that students of different ages have different psychological characteristics. The students in lower grades are innocent, lively, active, curious about new things and have a high enthusiasm for learning. The cognition ability of middle-aged students is constantly improving. Learning to change to active learning, has its own unique ideas; senior students begin to produce admiration for the study of outstanding students, increased independence. In the latter part of the elementary school, self-consciousness gradually increased and curiosity was stimulated. Due to the abilities of abstract logical thinking, self-awareness, evaluation and education have also been fully developed, and personal character and outlook on life have been initially formed. According to the physical and mental characteristics of senior students, we have tried our best to use “peer education” in daily education and achieved some results.
