以物候型不同的茶树品种为材料 ,利用 HPL C法测定新梢生育过程内源激素水平的季节变化。结果表明 ,茶树新梢生育过程中 ,GA3 和 Zeatin含量先升后降 ,IAA含量春夏秋三季生育初期较高 ,随后下降 ,生长加速 ,但夏梢逼近成熟形成对夹时含量回升 ,ABA含量春夏梢随展叶数增加而下降 ,秋梢反之 ,逐渐上升 ;低 ABA/ GA3 和 ABA/ zeatin比值是茶树新梢生长的必要条件 ;新梢生长速率与内源 zeatin含量呈显著正相关
The tea varieties with different phenological types were used as materials to determine the seasonal changes of endogenous hormones during the growth of shoots by HPL C method.
