随着国际经济一体化的发展,国际投资活动日益活跃。中国企业也越来越充分地认识到利用国际投资所带来的发展机会。 国际投资从总体上划分为国际直接投资与国际间接投资两种方式。凡是资本输出国(母国)的投资者到资本输入国(东道国)创办企业,并直接参与企业经营管理活动的投资行为称为国际直接投资;凡是母国投资者不参与东道国企业的经营活动,而是通过对东道国中长期贷款或购买东道国有价证券的方式所从事的投资行为则称为国际间接投资。本专栏将分别介绍国际间接投资的一些主要方式、贷款内容、用途及借贷程序等,为企业更好地利用这些融资渠道提供帮助。
With the development of international economic integration, international investment activities are increasingly active. Chinese enterprises are also more and more fully aware of the development opportunities brought by the use of international investment. Generally speaking, international investment is divided into two kinds: international direct investment and international indirect investment. Any investor who is a capital-exporting country (home country) who invests in a capital-importing country (host country) and directly participates in the business operation and management activities is called international direct investment; any home country investor does not participate in the business activities of the host country enterprises, but rather The investment behavior through the medium and long-term loans to the host country or the purchase of the host country’s securities is called international indirect investment. This column will introduce some of the major ways in which international indirect investments are made, the contents of loans, their uses and lending procedures, which will help enterprises make better use of these financing channels.
