大型旋转机组运行状态趋势预测是保证关键设备安全运行的先进技术。在大型旋转机组运行过程中,机组振动烈度值常常表现为具有趋向性的非平稳时间序列;为对大型机组发展状态进行趋势预测,建立了灰色预测模型。为了能够快速适应不同用户和不同环境,构造了具有开放性的和柔性的虚拟仪器平台下的预测系统,并在工业现场得到实际应用。
The forecast of operating status of large rotating machines is an advanced technology to ensure the safe operation of key equipment. During the operation of large-scale rotating units, the unit vibration intensity value often shows as a non-stationary time series with trend; in order to predict the development trend of large units, a gray prediction model is established. In order to be able to quickly adapt to different users and different environments, a predictive system with an open and flexible virtual instrument platform is constructed and applied in industrial field.
