我国自1978年实施改革开放政策以及在新世纪加入世界贸易组织(WTO)以来,我国在各个方面均取得了较快地发展,经济形式的市场化程度也不断加强。随着我国经济的不断发展,我国的市场竞争日趋激烈,使得各个企业在一个竞争激烈的环境之中进行发展。然而,在这竞争如此激烈的市场中却存在着许多问题,其中一个十分突出的问题就是市场营销过程中的不正当竞争行为呈现着愈演愈烈的趋势,本文就是对这种市场行为进行着重阐述与分析。
