所谓斜轧穿孔过程稳定性是指轧件能否顺利吸入、穿透和出不出“三角”。采用表面车削状态的轧辊和按穿钢的顶头设计原则设计的顶头进行三辊斜轧穿孔试验,穿钢时很顺利,而穿钛时,则穿孔过程稳定性极差。它体现在直径压下量稍小些,二次咬入发生困难,直径压下量稍大些,又出现“前三角”或“中间三角”;穿透性极差;工艺参数的调整范围十分狭窄。之所以如此,这是与钛的三辊斜轧穿孔独特的变形特点有关。
