早熟和抗病是水稻育种目标的两个重要内容。本文说明经辐射处理选育水稻早熟和抗病突变系的程序和方法。我们辐射处理迟熟、丰产、抗病的水稻品种 IR_(1520-6800-3)在 M_2种植6917个单株;辐射处理丰产、较感病的水稻品种桂朝二号,在 M_3种植21448个单株,用熟期观察和人工接种水稻稻瘟病菌和白叶枯病菌的方法,经单株选择,结果选出了 IR_(1520-680-3)的早熟突变系和桂朝二号的抗病突变系。
Early maturity and disease resistance are two important aspects of rice breeding. This article describes the procedures and methods of breeding premature and disease-resistant mutants by radiation treatment. IR1520-6800-3, a late-maturing, high-yield and disease-resistant rice variety, was planted with 6,917 single plants in M_2. The radiated high yielding rice cultivar Guizhao No.2 with susceptible rice varieties was 21448 in M_3 The results showed that the early maturing mutants of IR_ (1520-680-3) and the disease resistance of Guizhao No.2 were selected by the method of single-plant selection and artificial inoculation of rice blast and bacterial leaf blight.
