目的建立饮用水中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)的检测方法,并用于生活饮用水中邻苯二甲酸酯的污染监测。方法水样经装有C18膜的全自动固相萃取系统富集,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测,以选择性离子监测(SIM)模式进行定性、定量。结果 6种目标化合物在0.05~10.0 mg/L的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r>0.997。该方法最低检出限在0.1~0.9μg/L,方法平均回收率在73.0%~105.5%,RSD为2.3%~12.9%。结论该法快速,灵敏,准确,适用于各类生活饮用水中PAEs的监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 6 phthalate esters (PAEs) in drinking water and to monitor the pollution of phthalates in drinking water. Methods Water samples were determined by automatic solid-phase extraction with C18 membrane and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results The six target compounds showed a good linearity in the range of 0.05-10.0 mg / L with r> 0.997. The detection limit of this method was 0.1 ~ 0.9μg / L. The average recovery was 73.0% ~ 105.5% with RSD 2.3% ~ 12.9%. Conclusion The method is fast, sensitive and accurate and can be applied to the monitoring of PAEs in various drinking water.
