近年来,越来越多采用将热力管道直接埋入地下的敷设方式,为降低集中供热系统的造价和加快施工进度正取得显著成绩。但是,根据我国目前情况,地下埋设方式在保温、防水、防腐及管道伸缩问题的处理等方面存在问题,其中保温与防水问题尤为突出,需要研究解决。 为了充实完整地下埋设热力管的热工计算方法,本文根据各种文献资料整理出保温计算方法,给出不同埋设条件下的管道热损失量计算公式。
In recent years, more and more methods for laying heat pipes directly buried in the ground have been adopted, and remarkable achievements have been made to reduce the cost of the central heating system and speed up the construction progress. However, according to the current situation in China, underground burial methods have problems in the aspects of heat preservation, waterproofing, anticorrosion, and pipeline retractability issues, among which the problem of heat preservation and waterproofing is particularly prominent and needs research and solution. In order to enrich the thermal calculation method for the buried underground heat pipes, this paper sorted out the thermal insulation calculation methods based on various literature data, and presented the calculation formulas for the pipeline heat loss under different buried conditions.
