运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查法,梳理普通高校瑜伽选项课的特点,分析学生与教师对于瑜伽教学方法的认识和态度,指出其存在的不足,提出多媒体教学法、表象训练法、体验式教学法、学导式教学法、情感教学法等教学方法,以期为建立合理的瑜伽教学方法提供有益参考。
By using the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire investigation, combing the characteristics of yoga selective courses in ordinary colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the cognition and attitudes of students and teachers about the teaching methods of yoga and points out the shortcomings of the teaching methods. It puts forward the teaching methods of multimedia, representation training and experiential teaching Law, learning-based teaching method, emotional teaching method and other teaching methods, in order to provide a useful reference for the establishment of a reasonable method of yoga teaching.
