寇延丁是民间公益的一线行动者,她自1993年起关注残障人问题,并于2004年注册成立了国内最早的残障美术家推广机构。此外,她坚持记录民间公益的生态现状,先后出版《一切从改变自己开始》、《可操作的民主》,后者记录了安徽阜阳的南塘村实践《罗伯特议事规则》的过程。在最新出版的《行动改变生存》中,作者将她亲历、见证的中国NGO生态的形成做了详细的阐述。
Kou Yan Diding is a front-runner in nonprofit public service. Since 1993, she has paid close attention to the issue of handicapped people. In 2004, she set up the earliest domestic handicapped artist promotion agency. In addition, she insisted on recording the ecological status quo of non-governmental public welfare and successively published “Everything from Changing Oneself” and “Operational Democracy” which recorded the process of “Robert’s Rules of Procedure” in Nantang Village in Fuyang, Anhui Province. In the newly published book “Action-Changing Survival,” the author elaborates the formation of the Chinese NGO ecology that she witnessed and witnessed.
